Our Citizens 97 mortgage product is an ideal loan for first-time home buyers. Specially designed for homebuyers who have limited savings but who have worked hard to establish and maintain a strong credit history.
Criteria:
- Purchase or Refinance
- 95% but not greater than 97% Loan to Value
- 15, 20, and 30 year fixed rate mortgages
- Must be 1-unit, owner occupied primary residence
- 3% down payment -- can be gifted from a related person
- 3% Selling financing concessions to pay discount points, pre-paids or closing costs
- No non-occupant co-borrowers
- PMI Insurance required
