Monthly Maintenance Fee: $15.00 ($10.00 fee if customer elects to receive e-mail statement delivery).  We will waive the $15.00 monthly maintenance fee if you maintain a $25,000 minimum daily balance.

Monthly Activity:  The following account activity is included in the monthly maintenance fee.

• Up to 500 checks and deposit items combined per statement cycle.
• Additional fee of $.10 per item will apply if you exceed the above activity.
• Treasury Tax & Loan payment processing by coupon or automatic ACH.
