We’re adapting our service delivery to follow the recommendations of public health officials, as we do our part to help keep our customers and employees safe and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Lobby Availability

As of March 2021, all Citizens Bank locations are open for all banking services. As we reopen doors, we are committed to following all CDC guidelines and state mandates for the health and safety of our employees and community. The Post Office located on Main Street is also open. 

Drive-thrus and ATMs

Drive-thrus are available during normal drive-thru hours, and our staff is taking extra care to frequently disinfect pneumatic canisters for our visitors. Our branch ATMs are available 24/7 and are being frequently disinfected. 

You can continue to to visit our lobbies and request an in-person branch appointment at all of our locations, if needed. You can call 270-465-8193 to schedule an appointment.

How do I check my account without going into a branch?

We are pleased to offer a number of convenient options to help manage your banking without ever walking in to a branch. We offer drive-up banking, night drop, convenient ATM locations, mobile deposit and online and mobile banking for your convenience.

Bank by Phone: Call us Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Digital Banking Options: Online Banking and Mobile Banking with Remote Deposit Anywhere is available 24/7.

Will I have access to my money easily, if branch lobbies are temporarily closed?

Yes, any funds in your checking and savings accounts are available to you when you need it. Federally-insured accounts are the safest places for your deposits because of the insurance and protections that come with your account.

What's the easiest way to access my money and manage my account without coming into the bank?

Your debit card provides easy, convenient access to  your money through ATMs. You get free access to Citizens Bank ATMs.
In addition, our online banking and mobile banking allow you to complete a number of secure transactions easily. With online banking, you can:
  • Receive and send money
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • View Balances
  • Schedule and pay bills
  • Deposit checks with the mobile app

What is your process in the event a Citizens Bank employee is exposed to someone with COVID-19?

The health and safety of our staff and customers is of vital importance to us. We ask all Citizens Bank employees to self-quarantine for 14 days in the event they are exposed to COVID-19.

How do I deposit a check with the Citizens Bank mobile app?

With the Citizens Bank mobile app, it's possible to deposit checks. Just pick the account for deposit, take pictures of the front and back of your signed check, verify the amount and submit. To learn more visit our Remote Deposit Anywhere page.

How do I access online banking?

For access to online banking, sign up by clicking the link in the top right of our website. Click the ExpressNet Login button and click "Enroll Now".

Should I withdraw funds to have cash on hand?

It's really a personal preference. Some cash is good to have on hand, but generally your money is the safest in your bank account. Leaving cash in the bank allows for more flexibility to pay bills online or send money to friends or family digitally. Also, Citizens Bank accounts offer protections and insurance that you can't get with cash. All deposits up to $250,000 are covered by the FDIC.
