With our free mobile banking services, you can use it to access your CBT accounts anytime, anywhere. Stay on top of your accounts no matter where you are. Mobile banking makes it easy! The best part- you don't even need a smartphone to use it. As long as your phone can send and receive text messages you can bank from the palm of your hand.

From your mobile device:

Visit the "App Store" or "Google Play Store" and search "CBTKY" to download. Once you've downloaded the app sign on with your ExpressNet User ID and Password. If you're a Citizens Bank customer and not yet enrolled in online banking, click here to enroll before you can log into the app. 

Security

At Citizens Bank, security is always our top priority. Log in with your ExpressNet User ID and Password. Account information is never stored on your phone and data transmissions are encrypted with the same secure technology as online banking.

Remote Deposit Anywhere 

No more driving to the bank to deposit a check. Simply choose the Remote Deposit Anywhere feature in your Mobile Banking App by Citizens Bank. Terms and conditions apply. Learn more

Transfer Funds 

Simply select which accounts you want to transfer to and from. Determine what amount you want to transfer and the money is instantly transferred and available.

Pay Your Bills 

Now you can pay your bills to the vendors you set up in your ExpressNet Online Banking account, on the go. You can either make a one-time payment or set up a convenient recurring payment from your Citizens Bank accounts. Learn more about PowerPay.

Find an ATM or Branch 

Easily locate the Citizens Bank branch or ATM closest to you by selecting "Locations" on the mobile app. When prompted, allow the CBTKY app to use your location to locate the nearest branch or ATM.

View Alerts 

Stay in touch with your funds in your account(s) with an alert when it reaches a certain level. Staying informed can help prevent fraud and overdraft fees. You can also be reminded of personal alerts that are set up in your ExpressNet Online Banking account.
